...even before and during my business studies I worked permanently in sales within the gastronomy. During the semester break I worked as a waiter at different places in Europe to get to know the country, the people and the languages. I then completed my practical semester in a small personnel consultancy on the Spanish island of Mallorca. If you look back today, this was probably the start within the industry - but I wasn't aware of this at that time.
After a small excursion, as assistant to the management within the hotel industry, I started as a consultant in May 2012. Over the years, I was able to develop myself in the 360° personnel placement and successively build up the division and also lead other consultants to success.
My specialisation in the operative business is, according to my affinity, in Sales & KAM in the digital environment. A great interest in people themselves, coupled with a high affinity for sales, are two basic ingredients for success in our world.

My entry into the professional world was somewhat different. After my commercial training, I initially worked as a professional athlete.
